Woodhull man arrested for damaging Jasper-Troupsburg High School

STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. -- An arrest has been made in connection with damage that was done to Jasper-Troupsburg High School.

The Steuben County Sheriff's office says Joseph Hadley, 40, of Woodhull, backed into the side of the school last week, then drove away. They say surveillance video showed Hadley driving recklessly and doing donuts in the parking lot before hitting the building.

The damage is estimated to be about $35,000.
