Local companies featured during luncheon

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- A food made locally is on the menu at today's presidential luncheon -- Chenango County's Chobani Greek Yogurt.

Their Vanilla and Plain flavored yogurt will be served with various fruits to the president and guests.

The Norwich-based company began operating out of an old Kraft plant in 2005 and expanded into the largest Greek yogurt manufacturer in the state.
